NASOG is governed through a clear constitutional and policy framework designed to support a modern, accountable and professionally led association. Our Constitution sets out the Association’s charitable purpose, objects, membership structure, governance arrangements and decision-making processes.

The Governance Manual brings those settings into practice through policies, procedures and role clarity for Council, officeholders, committees and members.
Together, these documents are intended to promote transparency, sound decision-making, appropriate management of conflicts and risk and a governance structure that is fit for a modern and nimble national specialist association.
